What doesn't change across the catalogue.

Every block, radiator, and manifold in the EK-Pro catalogue shares the same materials discipline and the same loop behaviour. This is what makes the catalogue interoperable - you can size a loop from our parts without modelling compatibility case by case.

Nickel-plated copper + stainless steel + POM Acetal

Pure copper base for thermal transfer. Nickel plating for corrosion resistance. Stainless or POM top for durability. EPDM O-ring seals throughout.

Pressure envelope

2 500 Pa working · 30 000 / 75 000 Pa max

30 kPa max in loops with an EK-Pro Pump Reservoir Manifold. 75 kPa max otherwise. Envelope is published, not marketing.

Port standard

G1/4″ on workstation parts · G1/8″ on 1U rack

Standard port thread across the catalogue. 1U rack parts drop to G1/8″ for vertical clearance but remain compatible via QDC kits.
