In the barebone
Why only water blocks?
The barebone ships with the whole cooling loop already inside the chassis: pump, manifold, radiator, reservoir, fans and controller, pre-filled and pre-tested at assembly. There is no radiator, manifold, pump or fitting to choose. The elective parts of the loop are the water blocks, one per GPU and CPU, matched to the silicon you specify.
