The EK-Pro GPU WB RTX 6000 Ada Nickel + Inox is a full-cover water block designed specifically for the reference PCB of the NVIDIA RTX™ 6000 Ada Generation. The block covers the GPU die, VRAM, and VRM under a single Open Split-Flow cooling engine — replacing the reference air cooler end-to-end.
The nickel-plated electrolytic copper base contacts the die, VRAM, and power stages simultaneously. A stainless-steel top with POM Acetal terminal block routes coolant through the internal channel. An integrated I/O plate maintains card rigidity during transport and repeated deployment cycles. Retention is handled by a pre-installed brass standoff backplate.
The 45° angled terminal block carries two G1/4″ ports positioned to route fittings and tubing away from the adjacent PCIe slot. Integration with EK-Pro QDC kits and manifolds is direct. Manufactured in Komenda, Slovenia.
Three design decisions worth calling out
Open Split-Flow channel design
The coolant path is split symmetrically across the die face before being recombined downstream. The geometry produces a consistent pressure profile over the GPU silicon rather than a single impingement point, which tends to translate into a flatter die-to-die temperature variance when blocks are deployed at scale. VRAM and VRM zones sit inside the same block cavity and are cooled by the same primary flow.
45° angled terminal · integrated I/O plate
The terminal block is angled 45° upward to keep fittings and tubing out of the adjacent PCIe slot. An I/O plate is integrated into the block casting so the card remains stiff under transport. Mounting is via pre-installed brass standoffs on the backplate.
Pressure envelope
Working pressure is 2 500 Pa. Maximum rated pressure is 30 000 Pa in loops built around an EK-Pro Pump Reservoir Manifold, and 75 000 Pa in all other configurations. The envelope is documented at the supplier level and covers the full family.
