RTX 6000 Ada Rack

The EK-Pro GPU WB RTX 6000 Ada Rack Nickel + Inox is the 1U slim variant of the RTX 6000 Ada water block family, designed for rack-mounted workstations and dense compute chassis where a single PCIe slot width is the governing constraint. The block routes plumbing vertically, keeping the coolant path inside 1U of chassis height.

Coverage is identical to the workstation variant — GPU die, VRAM, and VRM under the same Open Split-Flow cooling engine. The integrated single-slot I/O plate maintains a clean chassis rear panel. Even cooling with reversed water flow is achieved across multiple GPUs in a manifold-fed setup.

The retention backplate is compatible with the NVIDIA NVLink connector, supporting dual-GPU NVLink configurations in rack deployments. EPDM O-ring sealing and pre-installed brass standoffs are included. A side-mounted standoff provides a brace point for secure GPU mounting during chassis movement.

Three design decisions worth calling out

Single-slot rack profile

The block is machined to a single PCIe slot width and routes the G1/4″ ports vertically, keeping the coolant path within the 1U chassis vertical envelope. Despite the reduced profile, die, VRAM, and VRM coverage is identical to the full workstation variant — the same copper base contact area and Open Split-Flow channel geometry apply.

Reversed-flow manifold support

The block is designed to operate in reversed water-flow orientation when fed from an EK-Pro manifold, ensuring even coolant temperature distribution across multiple GPUs in a single chassis. NVLink connector clearance is maintained by the retention backplate geometry.

Pressure envelope

Working pressure is 2 500 Pa. Maximum rated pressure is 30 000 Pa in loops containing an EK-Pro Pump Reservoir Manifold, and 75 000 Pa in all other configurations. Figures are published at the supplier level and are consistent across the GPU water-block family.
