## A full-cover block for a best-in-class HPC rack

The EK-Pro GPU WB H200 NVL Nickel + Inox is a water block designed for the NVIDIA® H200 NVL Tensor Core PCIe datacentre GPU. The block occupies a single PCIe slot and uses a rack-style terminal to maintain compatibility with FHFW server chassis.

The dual-pass cooling engine covers the GPU die, HBM VRAM, and VRM under one block body. A POM-machined terminal block carries two G1/4″ ports for direct integration with EK-Pro QDC kits. The retention backplate provides structural rigidity against PCB flex under loop pressure and chassis vibration.

Construction is CNC-machined nickel-plated copper base and laser-cut stainless-steel top with pre-installed brass standoffs and EPDM O-ring sealing throughout.

### Single-slot profile

Occupies one PCIe slot width – maintains card density in populated FHFW server chassis.

### HBM VRAM coverage

Dual-pass cooling engine covers the GPU die, HBM VRAM stack, and VRM under one block body.

### FHFW server compatible

Rack-style terminal routes plumbing within the vertical envelope of a 1U or 2U FHFW chassis.

### Pump-agnostic

Low flow restriction maintains correct operation with weaker water pumps, widening loop compatibility.

### Retention backplate

Backplate provides structural rigidity against PCB flex under loop pressure and chassis vibration loading.

### QDC kit compatible

Two G1/4″ ports on the POM terminal block integrate directly with EK-Pro QDC kits.

### Dual-pass channel geometry

The dual-pass internal channel routes coolant across the full PCB footprint twice before exiting, increasing dwell time over the HBM VRAM stack and VRM zone. This is relevant for the H200 NVL where the HBM thermal load is spatially separated from the GPU die contact area.

### FHFW rack-style terminal

The rack-style terminal block routes the G1/4″ ports toward the chassis rear panel, keeping the coolant path within the vertical envelope of standard FHFW server chassis. Pre-installed brass standoffs and EPDM O-ring sealing are included.

### Pressure envelope

Working pressure is 2 500 Pa. Maximum rated pressure is 30 000 Pa in loops containing an EK-Pro Pump Reservoir Manifold, and 75 000 Pa in all other configurations. Figures are consistent across the GPU water-block family.
